Our Policy for Deliveries and return
Can’t wait to try your Thobe? We can’t wait to send it to you too! Our standard deliveries are £3.95 and are delivered by Hermes on a 48-hour service. We advise to allow 3-4 days for delivery. We aim to dispatch all our orders on the same day. In the rare circumstances of delays with your order, we will contact you and inform you and come up with a plan to get your Thobe to you as quickly possible.
International deliveries will take longer to deliver depending on the destination. Once the item is dispatched, a dispatch email will be sent with the tracking details.
If you do not receive your goods within 5-6 working days of placing your order, please contact our customer services and we will resolve this for you. Please note we are not liable for any delays with the delivery or consequential losses due to waiting for delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, then we will replace or refund your order. Our website is updated daily with stock figures however if there are any discrepancies, we will immediately inform you of any delays.
We are confident you will love your Thobes just as much as we love making them! If you are not happy with the item, you can return the item was unwanted to us within 14 days of delivery. Please kindly contact us to notify us so we can authorise the return and give you further details i.e. the return address. Please include your original shipping note inside the parcel and briefly write a reason for return.
The return would be at your own cost and once returned we will refund the item price only. Please note that unwanted goods must be in original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition. If these conditions are not met then your refund may be refused. Please ensure the item is in original packaging and can be resold.
Please note we do not have an exchange service. Unwanted returns would be refunded and you can place a new order for the item you require.
Oops we are sorry if this happens. If you receive an item which is incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will resolve this for you. Goods would usually be picked up and exchanged/refunded. If an item is received faulty or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days, please contact us. We will aim to replace/refund this for you. Please note that images of the fault or incorrect item may be needed to determine the best way to resolve the issue. Normal and wear and tear on clothing does not amount to the item being faulty.
